Urbanización La Zagaleta
Full interior design, renovation, and furnishing for a 645 m² villa in one of Marbella's most exclusive private residential estates.
A Refined European Villa Above the Coast
Brunello by Kats transformed this 645 m² villa in La Zagaleta, reimagining the interior as a cohesive and emotionally engaging living environment with open, light-filled spaces and improved circulation throughout. The new layout creates a natural flow between living, dining, and social areas, while carefully defined private zones offer serenity and comfort.
A warm neutral palette with natural textures, layered materials, and architectural lighting designed to enhance atmosphere and depth gives the home its timeless European character. Bespoke furniture, integrated storage solutions, and custom-designed kitchen and bathroom elements bring a sophisticated balance between functionality and elegance — finished with a curated selection of stone, wood, glass, and metal details.
La Zagaleta called for a home that feels both grand and intimate — where refined European aesthetics, honest materials, and precise detailing come together to create a truly luxurious yet liveable retreat.
