Founded by Renata and Alexander Kats on a single belief: every project deserves originality, exclusivity, and an unwavering client-first approach. With our flagship showroom at Puerto Banús and completed projects across the Costa del Sol, we are the partner developers and private clients turn to when the result is non-negotiable.
Many design studios stop at the drawings. We don't. Architecture, interior design, construction and project management, fit-out, and bespoke furniture production are all delivered in-house — so one team owns the design, the budget and the timeline, from the first sketch to the final styled room.
We work with private owners renovating a villa or apartment and with developers delivering boutique residences across Marbella, the Golden Mile, Nueva Andalucía, Benahavís the wider Costa del Sol and internationally — with projects including residences at Puente Romano, La Zagaleta, Aloha Hills and Mirador Hills.
Through partnerships with more than 50 premium European manufacturers, we source furniture, lighting, textiles and finishes direct from the factory, while our own production creates made-to-measure pieces where nothing off the shelf will do.
