Cloud Dancer — Aloha Hills
Full interior design, renovation, and furnishing for a 243,81 m² apartment in one of Marbella's most desirable residential addresses.
A Timeless European Home Reimagined
Award-winning project: “Cloud Dancer” won two European Property Awards 2026–2027 — Residential Interior Apartment and Residential Renovation / Redevelopment.
Brunello by Kats completely transformed this 243,81 m² apartment in Aloha Hills, reimagining the original layout to create a spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area with natural flow and clear functional zones. Architectural arched openings add spatial depth and softness throughout, while a custom-designed master suite with walk-in wardrobe, a dedicated home office, and a guest suite with private bathroom ensure every need is elegantly met.
A refined palette of natural walnut veneer, stone, and carefully selected materials is brought to life through layered architectural lighting that enhances atmosphere and texture at every turn. Bespoke millwork, integrated storage solutions, custom wine cabinetry, and a reimagined terrace with lounge and outdoor dining zones complete a home that balances timeless European aesthetics with contemporary functionality.
Aloha Hills was about creating a home that feels both architecturally considered and deeply liveable — where arched details, warm materials, and precise craftsmanship come together in a space that is calm, elegant, and unmistakably European.
