These are Winner titles in both categories — not nominations. For a single apartment to be recognised for both its interior and its renovation is a result we're genuinely proud of.
About the European Property Awards
The European Property Awards, run in association with International Property & Travel, are among the most established benchmarks in the property and design industry, judging entries for design, quality and execution across Europe. Winners are formally celebrated at the official presentation at The Royal Lancaster Hotel, London, on 22 October 2026.
One project, two categories
Winning both the interior and the renovation / redevelopment category for the same apartment reflects exactly how we work: architecture, renovation, interior design and bespoke furniture handled by one team, under one roof. It's the integrated model we describe in our guide to choosing an interior design studio — and it's why the finished result reads as a single, coherent whole rather than a series of separate contracts.
Inside Cloud Dancer
Cloud Dancer is a full transformation of a 243 m² apartment in Aloha Hills, Marbella. A dated, compartmentalised layout was reworked into an open-plan living, dining and kitchen space defined by architectural arched openings and a warm, tactile palette of natural walnut veneer, marble and brass. Bespoke joinery runs throughout — a custom kitchen and wine cabinetry, a master suite with walk-in wardrobe, a dedicated home office and a guest suite — and the terrace was reimagined as a series of outdoor living zones. Every fixed and loose element, down to the bespoke furniture and FF&E, was designed and produced for this specific home.
It's the attention to detail and to how materials meet one another — the kind that only comes when design, renovation and furniture are resolved together — that lifts a project from beautifully finished to award-winning.
